Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced this month that restaurants will be able to operate at 75 percent capacity.

Here are restaurants in Eagan that are offering brunches for Easter Sunday:
- Jensens has an Easter Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will offer bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary's for $8.
- Mason Jar Kitchen will offer a to-to Easter Brunch, complete with sweets and adult beverages.
- Kincaid's in Saint Paul will offer an Easter Brunch, as well as Easter Dinner options, for $23 per person.
