Lacrosse To Move To Eagan Vikings Development Center: Report

Arete Sport will move to the Innovation Center at the Viking Lake Campus in Eagan.

EAGAN, MN—A lacrosse management company will move into the Viking’s development center in Eagan in March, according to the Star Tribune.

Arete Sport, of Burnsville, is preparing to move into the Innovation Center of the Viking Lakes campus, the Star Tribune reported.

The management company was founded by Cory Childs, who told the Star Tribune that he already has a showcase event for lacrosse players across the country planned for July in the TCO Stadium.

Viking Lakes is also planning to open a residential community, which will include more than 250 rental units, underground parking, and indoor swimming pool and a clubhouse. General Manager Kyle Chank told the Star Tribune he has a waiting list for the residential community of over 100 names, despite applications not yet being open.

The development is also expected to include over 3 million square feet of office space.
