EAGAN, MN— An Eagan warehouse was sold for $15.2 million on Thursday, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.
Lone Oak Commerce Center on Lone Oak Road was bought by Chicago-based company, Revantage North America, the journal reported.
Revantage North America is tied to The Blackstone Group, a company in New York that bought 59 industrial properties in the Twin Cities in 2020, the journal reported.
