The man fled from Eagan Police before being found in Bloomington, officials said.
EAGAN, MN— A St. Paul resident is facing charges in connection with a road rage incident in Eagan that occurred in late March, according to a complaint filed by Eagan Police against him in the State of Minnesota's First Judicial District Court.
Nhia Vang, 32, is facing charges of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, threats of violence (replica firearm or BB gun) (cause or attempt to cause terror) and threats of violence (replica firearm or BB gun) (disregard risk of causing terror), officials said.
Officials said that on March 31, a man, later identified as Vang, tailgated and turned his on his high beam lights on the car in front of him on I-35E Southbound.

The man in that car told police that Vang, who was in a blue Honda, then switched lanes to drive parallel to him, officials said. The man kept driving until the glass on his driver's side window shattered, after which he saw Vang point what looked like a gun at him, officials said.
Vang then sped off, but the man followed him and called 911, officials said.

While the man was on the phone with police, Vang got out of his van and again pointed what looked like a gun at the man, officials said.
Officers found the two vehicles speeding and going westbound on Yankee Doodle Road, officials said. They tried to pull Vang over but he sped off, going over 100 miles per hour, officials said.
Vang's vehicle was later spotted in Bloomington with a pellet gun in the driver's seat, officials said. The man Vang pointed the pellet gun at later identified him, officials said.
Officers also saw a make-shift crossbow in the vehicle, officials said. Soon after Vang was found, officers found a pellet gun on a sidewalk near where the incident occurred the previous day, officials said. When officers searched the van they found BB pellets, officials said.
