Tip #1 ~ Stay Positive
If your depressed because of school or your social life or your family is having issues. Or whatever the subject being. Don't take it all out on yourself. Don't keep it boiled in talk about it. If your not happy and your feeling as if something is bringing you down . Don't fight it do the best to make it go away. By .... again thinking positive.
Tip #2 ~ Take a break
Sit there and think to yourself . Is this really happening? Why am I depressed? Making a list of stuff that stresses you can help because writing them down on paper can show that your committed to curing yourself & you can attempt to go down the list and work on each and every one. Try these I guarantee they'll lead to a healthy and less stressed life.
