Obituary: Eagan Woman, 52, Had 'Troubled Mind'
"She genuinely wanted to do right in this world, but her mental health challenges often got in the way," Toni Skifstad's obituary read.
Toni M. (Nunke) Skifstad, 52, of Eagan, died on Sunday, May 14. Skifstad graduated from Chippewa Falls High School with the class of 1983. Friends and family said she volunteered for various organizations and always wanted to help friends and neighbors. Skifstad also struggled with mental health issues during her life.
"She genuinely wanted to do right in this world, but her mental health challenges often got in the way," her obituary read:
While Toni is now at peace, there are so many others who aren’t. We ask that in lieu of sending flowers or gifts, to please consider a donation to Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, so that others may be relieved of the struggles that Toni experienced.
