Raising Cane’s Breaks Ground On Eagan Location

EAGAN, MN — Raising Cane’s, the Louisiana-based company has officialy broke ground on its first Eagan restaurant at 1525 Central Parkway. When it opens this fall, it will be the 10th Raising Cane’s in Minnesota.

The new restaurant plans on hiring 90 crewmembers for multiple positions, according to a news release.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring Caniacs in Eagan a Raising Cane’s to call their own,” said area director Adam Jennrich in a statement. “We have found the perfect location, so our next step will be to assemble the perfect crew."

Raising Cane’s was founded by Todd Graves in 1996 and named for his yellow Labrador, Raising Cane.
