Rosemount-Apple Valley—Eagan Launch '196 Digital Academy​'

EAGAN, MN — District 196 Rosemount-Apple Valley—Eagan students and staff will start the fall using the hybrid learning model. However, as directed by Gov. Tim Walz, all public school districts must provide a completely online model of education for families who want it.

For families who want an online-only option, District 196 is launching "196 Digital Academy."

The 196 Digital Academy has been redesigned from the emergency distance learning model that was implemented in the spring "to a more consistent educational experience," school officials said in a release.

The deadline for families to register for the 196 Digital Academy is Aug. 14.
