Star Tribune Ranks 100 'Hottest' Housing Markets In Twin Cities

Suburbs in the east Twin Cities metro dominate the top ten.

TWIN CITIES, MN — The hot housing market in Minneapolis and Saint Paul has boiled over into first-ring suburbs and beyond. As such, the Star Tribune has ranked the "hottest" housing markets.

According to the newspaper, their index is based on data from realtors, including change in the median price, days on market, and more.
