Informational Open House for 56th Street-Pickett Avenue Connection is May 21

The public is invited to an open house to see plans for improvements to Stagecoach Trail (County Road 21), 56^th Street (County Road 28), and Pickett Avenue in Oak Park Heights and Bayport from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, at Oak Park Heights City Hall.

Washington County is developing this project in coordination with the cities of Bayport and Oak Park Heights and consistent with the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s area-wide transportation enhancements of Highway 36, Highway 95, and the new St. Croix River Crossing.

In addition to road improvements, there will be a new connection to Highway 95 at a signalized intersection.

The public is invited to attend the open house to gather information regarding the roadway design and provide comments on the proposed improvements. Project representatives will be available to listen and respond to questions.

Oak Park Heights City Hall is at 14168 Oak Park Blvd. N.
