The body of what appears to be an elderly man was found Sunday afternoon in Hugo, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office at 3:22 p.m. Sunday, July 28, responded to a call about the body.
Investigators have been in contact with Novakovic’s family.
The search effort was called off Sunday, according to a release from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
