Childcare For Stillwater Parents: What To Know
Tier one essential workers can get free childcare, per a mandate from Gov. Tim Walz.
STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater Area Schools will be using the hybrid model to start the fall school year. As a result, the district will be providing its childcare program — known as "Adventure Club — on the distance learning days during the week.
All families must re-registration for Adventure Club because there will be limited spots available and there is a mandated to prioritize tier one essential workers, per the office of Gov. Tim Walz.
Before School Adventure Club: $12.20 per day per child

School Day Care: $18 per day per child (free for some tier one essential workers)
After School Adventure Club: $12.70 per day per child

District Non-School Day Adventure Club: $42 per day per child
Locations for childcare have not yet been decided.
