Construction: Hilton Trail at Highway 36 Closes for 60 Days Beginning Next Week

Hilton Trail at Highway 36 in Pine Springs will close for 60 days starting next week.

MnDOT is warning motorists to expect delays as both directions of Hilton Trail at Hwy 36 in Pine Springs close at 10 p.m. on Monday, July 15.

Partial access at the roadway is expected to be restored by mid-September.

Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour of Highway 36 to Lake Elmo Avenue to County Road 12 /75th Street N. then back to Hilton Trail.

The closure is necessary as crews continue work constructing the new interchange.
