Coronavirus Vaccine: Latest Numbers Out Of Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN — According to the latest update from the state's Department of Health, more than 200,000 Minnesota residents — or 3.6 percent — have had at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose. Just over 38,000 — or .7 percent of Minnesotans — have received both doses necessary to achieve immunity to the virus.

A total of 8,849 residents of Washington County — or 3.5 percent — have received at least one dose of the vaccine.

Of that number, 1,785 Washington County residents — or .7 percent — have completed their vaccine series.

Coronavirus Vaccine In MN: How To Schedule An Appointment

Minnesotans who are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine will be able to schedule an appointment at one of the nine pilot sites launching around the state this week.

Appointment scheduling will be available here starting at 12 p.m. on Tuesday. Sites will begin offering vaccines on Thursday.
