Demand an End to Speeders on N Main Street Stillwater
Speeding Downtown Stillwater North Main Street Speeders Speed Limit Safety Browns Creek Trail Pedestrian Friendly Densely Populated
N Main St has a 30mph speed limit. But many northbound and southbound vehicles routinely reach speeds of 40-55mph. Speeders in this densely populated community are causing crashes and menacing pedestrians. Crosswalks used by pedestrians, dog-walkers, bikers and hikers on the Browns Creek Trail across the street are ignored. We want the City and State to take action to slow drivers and protect our neighborhood from speeders. We will be taking this petition to the Traffic Review Committee on Dec. 12.
