OAKDALE, MN — Police in Oakdale are asking for the public's help in finding the owner of a dog located Monday. An officer was dispatched to the 6300 block of Upper 46th Street North around 3 a.m. after the male dog was found.
The owner should call the Oakdale Police Department at (651) 738-1025 during business hours or (651) 493-9381 after business hours.
