The Minnesota Department of Transportation is warning that motorists may experience delays as lane closures begin to take place Tuesday morning on Highway 36 in Lake Elmo.
The right lane of eastbound Highway 36 between I-694 and Hilton Trail will close from 7 a.m. to noon Tuesday, May 7. The closure is necessary as crews set up barriers for Viking Pond work.

The right lane of eastbound Highway 36 between I-694 and DeMontreville Trail North will also close every night this week starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Crews will be conducting shoulder removal work. The right lane will re-open by 6 a.m. daily through May 10.
