Highway 5 Construction from Oakdale to Oak Park Heights to Begin Next Week
Though a majority of the work will be done overnight, some construction may take place during off-peak, daytime hours.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation announced Wednesday a plan to resurface an eight-mile section of Highway 5 between Highway 120 in Oakdale and Highway 36 in Oak Park Heights.
It is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 9.
Beginning at 6 p.m., motorists traveling on both directions of Highway 5 may encounter intermittent lane closures.
Lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. daily. Construction will begin at Highway 120/Highway 5.
