Lara Trump Will Visit Northeast Metro Thursday

MINNEAPOLIS-SAINT PAUL METRO, MN — Lara Trump, the president's daughter-in-law and wife of Eric Trump, will visit the Republican Party of Minnesota's North Branch field office Thursday. Trump is coming to rally support for Republican U.S. House candidate Pete Stauber during the final weeks of the election.

The event will begin at 1 p.m.

The Trump family's heavy focus on Minnesota

Minnesota is a key battleground state in the 2018 midterms. President Donald Trump has made the state a top priority this campaign season, making two trips here in five months.

On top of several congressional districts and the governorship, there are also two U.S. Senate seats up for grabs. Nearly all of the races are expected to be close.
