'Memories of Lake Elmo' Presentation at Warden’s House Museum in Stillwater

The Washington County Historical Society is hosting a book signing and presentation with local author Gloria VanDemmeltraadt on Sunday, June 16 at the Warden's House Museum.

The event begins at 2 p.m.

VanDemmeltraadt will be discussing and celebrating the release of her new book, “Memories of Lake Elmo” which chronicles the history of the village/city of Lake Elmo. 

This event is free and open to the public. 

Gloria’s extensive research of historical documents and interviews with more than 100 long-time residents of the area gives her book a unique personal look into the pages of the past. 

Following a discussion on her book and her writing processes, Gloria will be available to sign copies of “Memories of Lake Elmo.”
