Parks and Stories: The Stillwater Week Ahead

The City of Stillwater Parks and Recreation Commission holds a regular meeting at 7 p.m. at Stillwater City Hall. On the agenda: Lowell Park events, Eagle Scout project, Brown's Creek Nature Preserve single-track mountain bike track, St. Croix Crossing Loop Trail and a change to the commission's December meeting date.

Come to Story Hour at McDonald's at 5 p.m. with Ms. P. (Kristine Petersen), a beloved kindergarten teacher for 26 years at Mounds Park Academy in Maplewood. She is also a lifelong resident of Stillwater and an active member of the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club, a global network of community volunteers.
