Stillwater Power Outage: City Hall, 2,800 Affected
Power was restored to most of the city by early afternoon.
STILLWATER, MN — Power has been restored after Stillwater suffered an outage Tuesday morning. Excel Energy said a recloser blew on a transformer, resulting in Stillwater City Hall and at least 2,800 residents to lose electricity.
