Stillwater Residents Will Get Property Value Notices This Week
Washington County has mailed valuation notices and property tax statements for taxes payable in 2019.
STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater residents should expect to receive property value notices in their mailboxes this week. Washington County mailed valuation notices and property tax statements for taxes payable in 2019.
The document, "2019 Notice of Valuation and Classification for Taxes Payable in 2020," will show the market value established on Jan. 2. Officials say this market value is the approximate amount for which a property could sell.
It's also the basis for 2020 taxes.
