Stillwater School Calendar 2018-19: First Day of School, Vacation

STILLWATER, MN — The first days of school in Stillwater are August 27, 28 and 29 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Stillwater Area District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates, such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

August

• 8/27: Grades 6 and 9 First Day of School and Orientation
• 8/28: Grades 7-8 and 10-12 First Day of School
• 8/29: Grades K-5 First Day of School

September

• 9/3: No School (Labor Day)

October

• 10/15 - 10/19: No School

November

• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

December

• 12/24 - 12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1: No School (Winter Break, New Year's Day)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
• 1/22: No School

February

• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day)

March

• 3/11 - 3/15: No School (Spring Break)
• 3/29: No School

April

• 4/19: No School

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)
• 5/31: Last Day of School
