STILLWATER, MN — The board for Stillwater Area Schools voted to start the year using the "hybrid model" of education, meaning a mix of in-person and online distance learning will be used.

The decision was made using guidance announced by Gov. Tim Walz and the Minnesota Department of Education last week.

However, the district said in release that "it is very likely the district will have to shift between learning models at various times in the year as COVID rates fluctuate."
