RICHFIELD, MN — The Twin Cities metro is home to one of the most tightly-packed and competitive markets for private schools in the nation, and Niche.com has a new report detailing how they stack up statewide.

Niche's "2021 best private high schools" rankings are based on reviews from students and parents, SAT and ACT scores, colleges students consider, student-teacher ratio, private school ratings, and other factors. Their data comes from the U.S. Department of Education, Niche users, and the schools directly.

Academy of Holy Angels in Richfield was ranked 12th in the state.
