SLP Asian Bistro Gets Kudos from The Heavy Table
Wok in the Park was recently reviewed by the Twin Cities publication, who praised it as a very kid-friendly location.

St. Louis Park's very own Wok in the Park got some attention by way of The Heavy Table this week, who reviewed the Asian bistro as a very kid-friendly restaurant.
The main thrust of the piece is how kid-friendly Wok in the Park is, with reviewer Tricia Cornell noting the SLP restaurant is a fantastic place to get picky, young eaters to try some new foods:
So, take the kids? Heck, yeah, take the kids. Take somebody else’s kids. Take all the kids you can get your hands on. Wok in the Park is a great place to move beyond rice.

The review wasn't all gushing—some criticism was aimed at the various stir-fry sauces—but Wok in the Park earned quite a bit of praise from the foodie publication.
If nothing else, the reviewer said it's a great place to get your young diners to covertly enjoy some vegetables:

The kids had all gone for noodles: pad Thai, pad see yew, lo mein, and a bún salad with egg rolls. It was a festival of starches at that end of the table. But those starches were bathed in brown sauces and scattered with pea pods, cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrots. And, once ordered of the kids’ own free will, those veggies were also eaten of the kids’ own free will. Yay for Wok in the Park and culinary autonomy.
