(VIDEO) At 93, 'Dr. Seuss' Jumps Around

If you've spent some time in St. Louis Park, you've probably seen Elliott Royce.

You may not know him by name, but you likely know his costume—a tribute to Dr. Seuss and "The Cat in the Hat."

Biking around St. Louis Park, Royce brings the joy of Dr. Seuss wherever he goes. On Saturday, he biked to Parktacular, and seeing kids having so much fun with the various inflatables and games, the 93-year-old decided to give it a try.

As you can see in the video above, Royce kept his trademark hat on the whole time and had a blast, though he acknowledged that all the bouncing "took a lot of wind."
