2 Indicted On Drug Charges At The Merrimack County Jail: Court
Pembroke man indicted on felony theft charge; habitual offender indicted on drug charges; drug dealing and reckless conduct indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Mark J. Ouellette, 34, of Friendship Avenue in Pembroke on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing items from the Cumberland Farms in Concord on Feb. 24, after twice before being convicted of theft.
Jennifer L. Shephard, 40, of Spring Street in Franklin on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, on Nov. 11, 2020, in Franklin.

Eric J. Smith, 33, of East Hartford, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on felony possession with intent to distribute-fentanyl, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of fleeing from New Hampshire State Police and throwing drugs on the ground after being stopped on Nov. 14, 2020, in Warner.
Christopher Stafford, 38, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for operating while deemed habitual offender, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of heroin charges, all felonies, after an incident on Christian Avenue in Concord on Feb. 2 as well as a felony possession of LSD charge on Jan. 5 on Christian Avenue in Concord. Stafford was out on bail at the time of the January arrest.

Alan T. Stratton, 45, of Main Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on Nov. 28, 2020, while being deemed a habitual offender.
David M. Sullivan, 39, of Loudon Road in Concord after a felony delivery of articles prohibited-buprenorphine charge accused of being in possession of the drug in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Jan. 24.
Meghan L. Tighe, 27, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, fentanyl charges after an incident on Oct. 13, 2020, in Franklin.
Paul Vento, 29, of Spring Street in Laconia on a felony reckless conduct charge on Nov. 28, 2020, in Bow. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed and recklessly putting a state trooper in danger.
Stewart Wills, 19, of Range Road in Goffstown on a felony possession of LSD charge on June 12, 2020, in Hooksett.
Ashley Wright, 32, of Bootjack Road in Hill on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge accused of driving on Sept. 26, 2020, on Hill Road in Franklin after being certified as a habitual offender.
Boyd Wright, 60, of Skyline Avenue in Hooksett on a felony possession of meth charge on Nov. 21, 2020, in Hooksett.
Randall Young, 57, of Barr Street in Manchester on a possession of oxycodone charge on Sept. 8, 2020, in Hooksett.
Stacey Young, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a delivery of articles prohibited charge. She was accused of being in possession of fentanyl while an inmate at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Jan. 14.
