8 NH, 2 Mass. Residents Arrested On Drug Trafficking Charges

Men and women from the North Country of New Hampshire as well as Lawrence, Massachusetts, face fentanyl, fugitive, and weapon charges.

CONCORD, NH — Two men from Lawrence, Massachusetts, as well as eight men and women from North County communities in New Hampshire have been arrested on various charges after a drug trafficking investigation.

The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office along with state police and the DEA made the announcement Wednesday stating a "months-long, multi-agency" investigation in five counties resulted in the seizure of close to 6 pounds of fentanyl and 11 firearms.

Russell Adjutant, 30, of North Stratford on sale of fentanyl, conspiracy to sell fentanyl, and nine charges of felon in possession of a firearm; Adam Bedard, 41, of North Stratford on charges of conspiracy to possess fentanyl and conspiracy to sell fentanyl; Adam Brooks, 31, of Milan on charges of conspiracy to sell fentanyl and controlling a vehicle where controlled drugs were kept; Amber Flagg, 32, of North Stratford on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and conspiracy to sell fentanyl charges; Dylan Laflamme, 26, of Berlin on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and conspiracy to sell fentanyl; Khloe Lamontagne, 21, of Berlin on charges of conspiracy to sell fentanyl and controlling a vehicle where controlled drugs were kept; Amy Savard, 43, of Stewartstown was arrested on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and conspiracy to sell fentanyl; and Michael Savard, 35, of Stewartstown, on conspiracy to possess fentanyl and conspiracy to sell fentanyl.

Adjutant was arraigned in Coos County Superior Court and held while Bedard was released on personal recognizance after being arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court. Brooks was released on $2,000 cash bond and will be arraigned in Belknap County Superior Court at a future date. Flagg was held on $1,000 cash bond and will be arraigned in Coos County Superior Court on Wednesday. Laflamme was also released on personal recognizance bail and will have a future arraignment in Belknap County. Lamontagne was released on $1,000 bond and will be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court at a later date. Amy Savard and Michael Savard were released on personal recognizance with future arraignment dates in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Two men from Lawrence, MA, were also arrested:

Alexis Gonzalez, 33, and Gerinson Leonardo Tejada-Avalo, 27, were arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice based on New Hampshire arrest warrants for conspiracy to sell fentanyl. They were both arraigned in Lawrence MA District Court and face extradition to Rockingham County Superior Court.

Travis Hood and Mariano Andres Santos were arrested in March and February on drug dealing charges by the AG's office connected to this investigation, officials said.

Two other people were also arrested on warrants on May 4.

Allega Dyer, 36, was charged with falsifying physical evidence. She was incarcerated in the Grafton County House of Corrections at the time she was served. And Ranae Ross, 33, who is also incarcerated in Grafton County, was arrested on a possession charge.
