Accused Drug Dealers From Laconia, Merrimack Indicted In Concord

Plus: Concord woman indicted on burglary charge; man indicted on strangulation, drug charges; drug and theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Mark A. Monsante, 52, of Liscomb Circle in Laconia on possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of meth and fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession fentanyl, heroin, and meth with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident on June 20, 2020, in Franklin. Previously, he was convicted on a possession charge in Belknap County in February 2019.

Aryn Morrison, 20, of Cabernet Drive in Concord on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a home on Bog Road in Concord on Nov. 7, 2020.

Sean M. Murphy, 33, of Morgan Road in Belmont on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on North Main Street in Concord on Jan. 29 after being certified as a habitual offender.

Kenneth Colby Ordway, 28, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 15, 2020, in Bow.

Tyler R. Paul, 28, of Northwood Drive in Merrimack on two felony sale of controlled drug-amphetamine charges on Oct. 18, and Oct. 21, 2019, on Longmeadow Drive in Concord.

Thomas John Ball Poirier, 39, formerly of Cedar Street in Tilton on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, possession of methylphenidate, obtaining a controlled drug by deceit, and reckless conduct charges. He was accused of replacing prescription medications of two children with an unknown substance which resulted in bodily injury and psychological harm to the children between Dec. 15, and Dec. 22, 2020, in Northfield.

Roxanne Quaile, 34, of Ring Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act-acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 9 in Franklin.

Joseph Quinn, 34, of Laurel Street in Manchester on possession of buprenorphine and cocaine-fentanyl charge in Hooksett on Jan. 25.

Dennis Riley, 45, of South Stark Highway in Weare on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge accused of driving on Bell Avenue in Hooksett after being certified as a habitual offender on Oct. 7, 2020.

Julie Riley, 39, of Brookside Circle in Belmont on felony theft of services and theft by misapplication of property charges. She was accused of avoiding payment and failing to return property to U-Haul in Franklin on Jan. 8.

Kenny J. Robbins, 26, of Freedom Acres Drive in Concord on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge — accused of strangling a woman on Jan. 23 in Concord, and a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and tramadol charge, also a felony, on Jan. 24.

Lacey M. Roy, 27, of Baptist Road in Canterbury on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-tramadol and fentanyl on Nov. 19, 2020, in Hooksett. Previously, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in March 2019, in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Lynnsey Rowell, 24, of Concord Street in Nashua on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge after an incident on Feb. 26, 2020, in Canterbury.
