Allenstown Man Indicted On Bomb, Drug, Weapon Charges: Court
Plus: Chichester man indicted on blowtorch assault charges; accused fentanyl dealers indicted; man faces, stolen property, weapon charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Amy B. Higgins, 43, with a last known address of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on June 20, 2020, in Franklin. She was previously convicted on a drug charge in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2016.
Steven Holland, 38, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on receiving stolen property, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons; possession of clonidine, possession of clonazepam, possession of amphetamine-dextroamphetamine, possession of psilocin, and possession of fentanyl and acetyl fentanyl with intent to distribute charges on Oct. 19, 2020, in Pittsfield. Holland is a felon due to a conviction in Worcester MA District Court in January 2006.

Anthony Jenkins, 41, of Staniels Road in Chichester on two felony first-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of burning a woman with a blowtorch on Sept. 9, 2019, in Chichester.
Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 41, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony self-defense weapon; possession by a felon charge. He was accused of possessing an electronic defense weapon on Jan. 17 in Franklin.

Anas Kenzou, 34, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent offense charge on Aug. 20, 2020, in Concord. He has previously been convicted on a drug charge, according to the indictment.
Corey Lakevicius, 56, of King Street in Boscawen on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-methamphetamine on Oct. 20, 2020, in Concord.
Scott T. Lamper, 37, of Dodge Road in Allenstown on possession of an infernal machine, possession of a bomb-explosive, three counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon, and a possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute charge, all felonies. The charges all stem from an incident on May 31, 2019, in Allenstown.
Amber Lapointe, 31, of Sonnett Street in Dover or Concord on two felony counts of sale of buprenorphine on Oct. 25, on Hall Street in Concord, and Dec. 26, 2019, on Washington Street in Concord.
James Leonard, 35, of Tanglewood Drive in Henniker on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on I-89 in Sutton on June 8, 2020.
James A. Machado Sr., 45, a homeless man now located in Franklin on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of attempting to steal a catalytic converter from Benson Auto Company in Franklin on Oct. 21, 2020.
Theresa C. Marking, 24, of Saybrook Road in Essex, Vermont, on identity fraud and forgery charges, both felonies. She was accused of posing as another person and cashing a check on Feb. 20, 2020, in New London.
Matthew Marlett, 42, of Juniper Road in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge on Dec. 13, 2020, in Hooksett.
