Allenstown Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court
Plus: Goffstown teen indicted on drug dealing charges; Hill man indicted on strangulation charge; theft and drug possession indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people have been indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Katherine Harper, 38, of Portsmouth Street in Concord on two felony interference with custody charges. She was accused of bringing two children from New Hampshire to North Carolina with the intent to detain or conceal the move from the children's father on Feb. 19, in New London.
Derek Hardy, 31, of Lane Drive in Allenstown on aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of touching and fondling a girl under 13 on Nov. 26, 2020, in Allenstown.

Duane Hardy, 42, of North Spring Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 22, 2019, in Concord. According to the indictment, he has previously been convicted on a drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Benjamin Hatch, 26, of Belknap Street in Dover on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Dec. 9, 2020, after previously being convicted on theft charges in Rockingham and Strafford county superior courts.

Nicole L. Heacock, 38, of Deer Lane in Hillsboro on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, burprenorphine charges on Aug. 14, 2020, in Bow.
Brian Heselton, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent offense-meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of the drug as well as cameras owned by another person on July 21, 2020, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug dealing charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Tamara Ann Ipock, 39, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing items from Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Feb. 5, and from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Feb. 15. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on felony theft charges.
Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 41, of West Bow Street in Franklin on receiving stolen property and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining two catalytic converters he knew to be stolen and was driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on Feb. 23, after being certified as a habitual offender.
Eric Jones, 41, of Back Road in Hill on second-degree assault and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a man on Dec. 13, 2019, in Hill. The drug charge was from Dec. 24, 2020, in Hill.
Cullen Kendall, 19, of Kimberly Lane in Goffstown on possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth, and possession of meth, cocaine, and codeine mix on Silk Farm Road in Concord on Sept. 26, 2020.
Brent Keyser, 35, of Larkspur Place in Concord on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 5, 2020, in Bow.
Brandon Kidder, 27, of Forest Road in Hancock on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of driving a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, belonging to Enterprise Rental, on an ATV trail in Henniker and causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to the vehicle on March 15, 2020.
