Bow Man Charged With Stealing $500k From Elderly Investor

A Bow man was recently indicted by Merrimack County Superior Court for defrauding investors including an elderly adult.

CONCORD, NH - A Bow man was recently indicted by Merrimack County Superior Court for defrauding investors including an elderly adult.

James Knee of Bow, NH was indicted for witness tampering, perjury and violation of a cease and desist order in relation to a New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation investigation.

According to court documents, Bow was also indicted on four counts of theft, investment adviser fraud and financial exploitation of an adult over the age of 65.

He allegedly took $490,397 from investors. Several of the charges carry large fines and prison terms up to 30 years.
