Chichester Teen Faces Criminal Threat Charges: Concord Police Log

Laconia man accused of forgery, drug charges; Hopkinton man, accused of failure to appear, arrested on drug, other charges; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Eric Brian Martin, born 1999, of Pittsfield received a summons at 1:30 a.m. on June 22, 2021, on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Brenda Tarvin, born 1955, of Center Barnstead was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on June 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge after an incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Shayna J. Kinney, 37, of Concord received a summons at 6:20 p.m. on June 21 on a bench warrant and a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at 169 Loudon Road. She failed to appear on a felony charge out of Concord and two drug charges out of Franklin on Feb. 22

Christopher Horrocks, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on June 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at 106 Manchester St.

Crystal June Brown, born 1991, of Groton was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on June 21 on a possession of a controlled drug charge at police headquarters.

Casey Lynn Rondeau, 18, of Chichester was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on June 21 on criminal mischief and three criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges after an incident at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Nikolas R. Carr, 26, of Hopkinton was arrested at 2 p.m. on June 21 on felony possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. The warrant was for failure to appear on four burglary charges out of Franklin from April 2020. Carr is due back in superior court on Aug. 11.

Mikhayla A. Stevens, born 1998, of Concord received a summons at 1:12 p.m. on June 21 on two bench warrants after an incident at 22 Loudon Road.

Darcy Jean Thibaudeau, 42, of Laconia was arrested at 10:07 a.m. on June 21 on a warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment on two drug charges on May 21 from January. She is due back in court on July 19. Also arrested an hour later was Kevin J. Thibaudeau, 37, of Laconia on forgery, stalking, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug charges. He is due back in superior court on Aug. 12. They were arrested after an incident on Manchester Street.

Richard Hyde, 57, of Quale Ridge Road in Pittsfield was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on May 23 on a stalking charge. At 5:45 p.m. on May 11, police were requested to investigate a theft incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. A woman claimed to have been "pick-pocketed" at the store the day before and accused Hyde of stealing $200 from her. She said she was using a fitting room and there was a man “lurking around her.” Later, a report alleged, she changed her story and said she had the money with her in the fitting room. When asked if they had entered the store together, the woman said, they “might have.” The officer eyed video footage and saw the woman enter the store while Hyde followed her, about four feet behind, the affidavit stated. The officer called Hyde who confirmed he drove her to Walmart to be “nice and help her out,” a report stated. He also claimed to have given her the $200 because she needed money for clothes and was “constantly losing money,” the affidavit said. After about 30 or 45 minutes of trying on clothes, she began to yell at him, accusing him of stealing the money, the report stated. The officer later found out Pittsfield police had arrested Hyde on a stalking order on April 16. Hyde requested not to be arrested saying he was “truly done with her” and “promised to never contact her again,” the affidavit said. A warrant was issued for his arrest on May 16.

Timothy Grover, born 1994, of Concord received a summons at 7:30 p.m. on May 23 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges. Also charged was Lance C. Vivian, born 1993, on a criminal mischief charge. They were cited after incidents at Neuro International on Loop Road.

Holly S. Pickering, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3 p.m. on May 23 on two willful concealment charges, felonies due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road. She is due in superior court for arraignment on July 8.

Christopher Plaisted-Comeau, 29, of Berlin was arrested at 8 p.m. on April 27 on a bench warrant as well as breach of bail and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Martin Field on Iron Works Road.

Richard B. McJuary, 52, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on April 27 on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident at 79 Manchester Street. He is due in superior court for arraignment on July 15.

Andrew Joe Bouyer, born 1971, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on April 27 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Jackie M. Roberts, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on April 27 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Madison Street.
