Concord Man Arrested On Criminal Threatening Charges: Police Log

Franklin woman, with active drug cases, arrested again; elderly man arrested on conduct, mischief charges; woman faces trespass charge.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Blodgett, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on June 8, 2021, on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. Blodgett is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 2 for a dispositional conference hearing.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, born 1993, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on June 8 on a stalking charge after an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Ivy H. Barboza, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 5:06 p.m. on June 8 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Sandra Ellen Anzalone, 43, of Franklin was arrested at 11 a.m. on June 8 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. She is due in superior court for arraignment on Aug. 21. Anzalone has active drug cases out of Franklin from October 2020, December 2020, Jan. 18, and April 30, and a theft and drug case out of Concord from Feb. 22.

Gene L. Howland, born 1943, of Concord was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on June 8 on criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and two simple assault charges after an incident at Pleasant View Retirement Center on Pleasant Street.

Sean G. Blessington, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on May 26 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Turtle Town area of the city.

Colin P. White, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 7:13 p.m. on May 26 on a consumption of liquor on private property charge after an incident at the State Street Laundromat on South State Street.

Emmy-Lee McNeil, 33, of Old Pittsfield Road in Northwood was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge and a bench warrant at 7:25 p.m. on May 26. On April 5, police took a protective order violation accusation against McNeil by a woman who claimed she received a message from McNeil on Facebook, using a fake name, while at Walmart on Loudon Road, according to an affidavit. The officer checked the order, from Feb. 4, and found it was still active. About six days later, McNeil returned the officer’s call and stated she did not intentionally contact the woman but was responding to messages about fake accounts that messaged her to leave her alone, according to the report. An affidavit was issued against McNeil and she was arrested and held later. McNeil, according to superior court records, has an active second-degree assault-extreme indifference, stalking, drug possession, and breach of bail case out of Northwood from Jan. 11. She is due back in court on Aug. 26.

Haley Mae Gagne, born 1994, of Manchester was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on May 26 on receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Noah Isaiah Clark, 26, of Concord was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on May 26 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Neuro International on Loop Road.

Robert John Gaynor, 55, of Concord was arrested at 4:06 a.m. on May 26 on a warrant after an incident at Dan O’Brien Kia on Manchester Street. He has active drug and theft cases in Concord and a drug case out of Allenstown.

Elizabeth Caroline Steadman, born 1980, of Concord received a summons at 2:10 a.m. on May 26 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Commercial Street.
