Concord Man Arrested On Threat, Weapon Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — David Thomas Swett, 56, a homeless man in Concord, was arrested at 6:31 a.m. on June 4, 2021, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Concord Hospital.

Michael Ronald Scarlett, born 1984, of Epsom was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on June 4 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Jeffrey Smith, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on May 15, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.

Corey D. McKay, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 9:58 a.m. on May 14 on a warrant and bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Storrs Street.

Colin P. White, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on May 12 on theft of services-less than $1,000 and breach of bail charges. He was accused of not paying a bill at The Draft on South Main Street.

Mikalai Drachou, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on May 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at Dunkin' Donuts on Fisherville Road.

Brianna E. Bourdeau, born 1995, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on May 9 on a bench warrant after an incident on North State Street.

Marjorie Ann Blaisdell, born 1979, of Concord received a summons at 4:15 a.m. on May 9 on two warrants after an incident on Storrs Street.

Brenin Anthony Reale, 34, of Rosemary Court in Concord was arrested on a breach of bail charge at 9:37 p.m. on May 7. According to an affidavit, officers were sent to a disturbance report. They spoke to the complainant, a third party, who accused Reale of assault on a woman earlier in the day and wanted to report the incident. Dispatch told the officers that Reale was out on bail and was not to be within 300 feet of the complainant. Officers went to speak to Reale inside of his camper. "(He) became apoplectic and yelled at us to 'leave'," the officer stated, "and that he 'did nothing wrong'." He also told police they needed a warrant to get into his camper, the affidavit stated. After several minutes, he opened the door and said police should arrest him because he knew he had "messed up," the reporting officer said. The victim, the report said, was inside the camper.

Kyle D. Mate, 34, of Concord was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on May 3 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested after an incident on Borough Road.

Melissa A. Colby, born 1984, of Pittsfield was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on May 3 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Frank G. McCarthy, born 1963, of Atkinson was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on May 3 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Bouton Street.
