Concord Man Faces Assault, False Imprisonment Charges: Log
Concord teen, and Boscawen and Hillsborough men arrested on assault charges; man charged with stalking; man faces criminal mischief charge.

CONCORD, NH — Joshua Simmons, 31, of Concord was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on June 7, 2021, on second-degree assault, second-degree assault-domestic violence, simple assault, simple assault-domestic violence, false imprisonment, false imprisonment-domestic violence, and violation of a protective order charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.
Jonathan P. Petrocelli, 46, of Concord was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on June 7 on theft of services-less than $1,000 and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident with Concord Housing & Redevelopment on Jennings Drive.
Patrick J. Drew, born 1989, of Hillsborough was arrested at 7:36 p.m. on June 7 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Green Street.

Ashley T. Goudreau, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 7:51 p.m. on June 7 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannafords on Fort Eddy Road.
Haylee Silver, born 1989, of Canterbury received a summons at 6:44 p.m. on June 7 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident on North State Street.

Jason Edward Brooks, 42, of Concord was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on June 7 on felony habitual offender, reckless operation, criminal mischief, and conduct after an accident charges after an incident on Alice Drive. He is due in superior court for arraignment on Aug. 12.
Eric Joseph Waterman, 44, of Concord was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on June 7 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident at Market Basket. He has an active drug possession case out of superior court and failed to appear at a status conference on March 9.
Nicholas Michael Fletcher, 21, of Pittsfield was arrested at 8:42 a.m. on June 7 on three bench warrants. Also arrested was Leah Marie Jameson, 23, of Concord on a single bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street. According to superior court documents, Jameson failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing on a felony possession charge out of Belmont from December 2019, an active fentanyl possession charge from Belmont in February 2020, and possession and evidence charges out of Gilford from May 2020. Fletcher has active drug and other cases in superior court.
Tristan R. Palma, 29, of North State Street in Concord was arrested at 9:37 p.m. on May 27 on a stalking charge. Police were sent to Broad Avenue to take a complaint about a past tense protective order violation with a woman accusing Palma of communicating with her via social media. The reporting officer found the order was still active, issued on Feb. 18, an affidavit stated. The woman said she received four videos via Instagram from someone she did not know. When she watched them, she saw it was Palma in the videos communicating with her, according to the report. The officer contacted Palma, who was accused of admitting to sending the videos, saying he thought everything was “OK.” He, however, “immediately regretted it,” the affidavit said. Palma was arrested and held without bail.
Courtney Anderson, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on May 27 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Wyman Street.
Colin P. White, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on May 27 on theft of services-less than $1,000, simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges after an incident on South Street. Abdifatah S. Shegow, born 2000, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on May 27 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Wendy’s on Loudon Road.
Richard Peter Marmol, born 1970, of Concord was arrested on a criminal mischief charge at 3:49 p.m. on May 27 on Church Street.
