Concord Man Indicted On Meth Dealing Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Franklin woman indicted for an assault that led to a fracture; men indicted on theft charges; Concord man indicted on burglary charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jade-Pearl King, 41, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of knocking another woman to the ground which resulted in a fracture of her tibial spine on Feb. 4 in Franklin.

Richard Kuchinsky, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony theft charges. He was accused of stealing a Kobalt chainsaw from Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Dec. 16, 2020, and merchandise from Ocean State Job Lots on Feb. 5. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Isaac Lafayette, 20, of Village Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 between Dec. 14, and Dec. 15, 2019, at Dunkin' Donuts in Concord.

Steven C. Lawson, 20, of Prospect Street in Concord on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Bog Road in Concord on Nov. 7, 2020.

Kenneth Lemear, 54, of Quincy Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-tramadol and fentanyl on Nov. 28, 2020, in Hooksett.

Zachary Lucas, 30, of Concord Lane in East Wakefield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, buprenorphine and methamphetamine, in Hooksett on Oct. 18, 2020.

Jessie Major, 37, of Jackson Street in Concord on two felony sale of controlled drug-meth charges on Oct. 9, 2020, on North Spring Street in Concord, and Oct. 21, 2020, on Fisherville Road in Concord.

Michael Maggiacomo, 51, of Pleasant Street in Newburyport, Massachusetts, on one prohibited acts-presenting false records, two theft by deception, and two Medicaid Fraud-false claims, all felonies. He was accused of falsifying nursing notes and services with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

James Marcoux, 29, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-tramadol and fentanyl charges on Aug. 15, 2020, in Hooksett.

Michael Maynard, 57, of South Street in Concord on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against another person during a theft of merchandise at Lowe's in Concord on Oct. 22, 2020.

Travis W. Miner, 27, of East Side Drive in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 18. 2020, in Bow.

Jesse McBride, 35, of Mast Road in Manchester on a felony theft charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from the Mega-X Store in Hooksett, by manipulating cash and ATM transactions, between May 2018, and December 2018.

Todd Merfeld, 52, of Essex Street in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register his vehicle with police in Concord on June 20, 2020. Merfeld is a sex offender due to a child sexual abuse image possession conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2012.
