Concord Man Indicted On Multiple Rape Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Sex offender accused of failing to report to police; drug indictments; Pittsfield man indicted in ATV theft case; and more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Manoj Kumar, 39, of NE Village Road in Concord on five felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, sexual assault, and domestic violence-assault charges. He was accused of using physical force to rape a woman repeatedly between June 1, 2019, and March 20, 2020. He was also accused of pulling her hair during the course of a sexual assault on May 18, 2020.
Michael S. Tiede, 37, of Parade Road in Barnstead on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited. He was accused of making or uttering a false script on Oct. 18, 2020, in Concord.

Meghan L. Tighe, 27, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, clonazepam as well as control of premises where drugs kept in Franklin on Nov. 21, 2020.
Chad Vaughn-Manfra, 40, of Colburn Street in Lebanon on a felony possession of fentanyl on Dec. 28, 2020, in Hooksett.

Sarah Vien, 28, of Mayflower Drive in Chichester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Sept. 15, 2020, in Bow.
Glenden Wesson, 35, of Catamount Street in Pittsfield on theft of lost or mislaid property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking unauthorized control of a Honda Recon 250 ATV owned by another person on Sept. 23, 2020, in Pittsfield.
Joshua H. White, 41, a homeless man now living in Concord, on a felony duty to report charge. He would accused of not registering with Concord police on Nov. 25, 2019. He was convicted on a felonious sexual assault charge in August 2005 in Strafford County Superior Court and duty to report in September 2018 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Collin Zaremba, 22, of Parker Street in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge from July 31, 2020, in Franklin.
