Concord Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct-Deadly Weapon Charge
Loudon man indicted on cocaine dealing charges; Concord woman indicted on burglary charge; man indicted on meth, steroid dealing charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people have been indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Danielle Boucher, 38, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge after being accused of driving on West River Road in Hooksett on Feb. 2, as well as possession of methamphetamine and possession of buprenorphine, both felonies.
Devin Boudreau, 27, of Dogwood Terrace in Loudon on three felony counts of sale of cocaine in Concord on Jan. 7, Feb. 4, and Feb. 10, and felony possession of cocaine on Feb. 23 in Loudon.

Michelle Brien, 42, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 11, 2020.
Troy Brouillard, 45, pictured, of Jennifer Drive in Concord on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of shooting a 9 mm handgun in an apartment which led to a bullet going through a wall and into the kitchen of another apartment on Feb. 25 in Concord.

Margarett Brunsen, 43, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a secured room at a rooming house on Stickney Avenue controlled by another person on Feb. 2.
Cole Campbell, 27, of School Street in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of taking merchandise from Target and Kohl's in Hooksett on Jan. 15.
Jose Casiano, 33, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge after being accused of driving on Allenstown Road in Allenstown on Jan. 11, after being certified as a habitual offender, and a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender on Jan. 12, while being accused of driving on Allenstown Road in Allenstown.
Mark J. Curran, 26, of Sullivan Street in Concord was indicted on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge after an incident in Bow on Nov. 18, 2020.
David Herlicka, 46, of Route 101 in Amherst on conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, and securities fraud: sales and purchases charges. Also indicted was Dennis Norquist, 67, of Potter Hill Road in Gilford on conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, and securities fraud: sales and purchases charges. Between September 2014, and June 2015, they were accused of working in concert to defraud by inducing Parktown Trust to withdraw against a $1 million insurance policy owned by Parktown Trust and transfer $962,000 of the funds to White Birch Brewing of Nashua, owned by Herlicka, and $38,000 to Norquist in 2014. Herlicka was then accused of attempting to expedite a loan against the value of a life insurance policy with Mass. Mutual. Read more about their charges here.
Travis L. Dalessio, 35, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners charges. He was accused of attempting to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on April 7, 2020.
Thomas J. Dawson, 33, of North Road in North Sutton on burglary, attempted theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to take control of a Hopkinton ambulance on July 24, 2020, burglarizing a South Main Street building on Aug. 14, 2020, and stealing a vehicle from Black Hill Road in Concord on Aug. 14, 2020.
Michael Deveno, 52, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on a felony pistols and revolvers; convicted felons charge — a stiletto knife on July 17, 2020, in Concord.
Timothy Flynn, 51, of Union Street in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge on June 29, 2020. He was convicted of felony sexual assault in February 1995 and is required to register as a sex offender, including registering his place of employment.
Matthew Gorman, 33, of Weare, incarcerated in Massachusetts at the time of the indictment, on three counts possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute-meth, steroids; possession of controlled and narcotic drugs with intent to distribute-meth, fentanyl mix; possession of a controlled and narcotic drug-meth, fentanyl mix; two counts of possession of narcotic drug with intent to distribute-oxycodone, cocaine; two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-oxycodone; possession of meth; two counts of possession of controlled drugs-steroids, cocaine; and two counts of felon in possession — two switchblades, all felonies, on March 24, 2020, in Hooksett.
