CONCORD, NH — A Concord man was arrested by U.S. Marshals Service on a fugitive from justice charge out of Maine based on a three felony count sexual assault indictment.

Around 4:30 p.m. on June 24, marshals arrested Justin T. Degreenia, 37, on a felony fugitive warrant at his home on Curtisville Road in Concord. He was arrested, without incident, and taken to police headquarters.

There, an officer spoke with marshals about the charges — three felony gross sexual assault charges, based on a warrant issued out of the Alfred Superior Court in York, Maine. The officer booked and processed Degreenia.
