Concord Police: Concord Man Busted With Meth, Crack and Fentanyl
Concord Police recently arrested a local man accused of meth, fentanyl, crack and marijuana possession with intent to distribute.

CONCORD, NH - Concord Police, working with NH Probation/ParoleOfficers, recently arrested a Concord man accused of meth, fentanyl, crack and marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
According to police, Bernard Kain Lindsey, 30 of Concord was charged with violation of probation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
According to police, probation officers contacted local police took Lindsey into custody after finding drugs at his home after conducting a home visit.

Lindsey had been on probation for burglary and 1st degree assault related to a home invasion. Concord detectives who executed a search warrant of the residence recovered a large quantity of narcotics and evidence of distribution, to include over $3,000 cash. The preliminary weight of the combined narcotics was in excess of 130 grams.

Lindsey was arraigned in the Merrimack County Superior Court on Tuesday, Apr. 17. Bail was set in the amount of $20,000.00 cash or surety with a source of funds hearing.
