Concord Sex Offender Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Felon indicted on gun, fentanyl possession charges; Boscawen man indicted for meth distribution; Franklin man indicted on theft charge.

CONCORD, NH ? A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
David M. Fales, 36, of no fixed address in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Jan. 18.
Kevin Folsom, 36, of Grappone Drive in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a Taurus .38 pistol, pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals-a Taurus .38 pistol charges, all felonies, on March 22 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of three felonies in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2015, January 2020, and December 2021.

Scott W. Gagnon, 58, of North Main Street in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence, penalty; registration of criminal offenders, and three possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a picture and videos between Jan. 30 and July 23 in Concord. On Feb. 4, Gagnon failed to report a Quora username to police, according to an indictment. He was also accused of performing a factory reset on his Motorola cellphone on June 30 to impede an investigation. Jonathan L. Gilman, 36, of Central Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of meth charge in Pittsfield on July 7.

Edgar Gordon, 39, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, on possession of meth with intent to distribute-four baggies and a digital scale and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on June 28 in Concord.

Misty Hayes, 48, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retraining a 2025 Ram Promaster, the property of Right Space Storage in Hooksett, valued at more than $1,500, on July 12.
Shane Hill, 29, of North Main Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of failing to return equipment issued to him by Soil-Away, a former employer in Hooksett, valued at more than $1,500, on Feb. 14, 2022.
Shawn P. Jeffrey, 47, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge in Concord on Jan. 3.
George W. Johnson, 33, of Putnam Street in Manchester, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners-MDMB-4en-PINACA (?K2?) on April 30 in Concord while he was an inmate at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men.
Cecil Laux, 28, of Bridge Street in Manchester, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a VW Jetta on Interstate 93 in Bow on Sept. 10 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
