Concord, Somersworth Men Indicted On Drug Dispensing, Possession Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Hooksett man indicted on sexual assault charge; stalker indicted on Pembroke charges; homeless sex offender indicted on registration charge.

CONCORD, NH ? A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Zachary Ackles, 40, of Main Street in Hooksett, on a felony charge of sexual assault. He was accused of squeezing a girl?s buttocks, over her clothing, with his hand, for sexual arousal or gratification, on June 23 in Hooksett. Victor R. Anctil, 44, of Manchester Street in Concord, on possession of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of methamphetamine with intent to dispense, possession of meth, and possession of psilocin and psilocybin charges, all felonies, on July 10 in Henniker.

Taylor Bachelder, 33, of Lyndon Street in Concord, on three felony controlled drug; acts prohibited charges, alprazolam, cocaine, and meth, all felonies, on May 30 in Concord.

Mark J. Ballou Jr., 41, of Hall Road in Bristol, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 16 in Canterbury.

Joseph Barlow, 60, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register as a sex offender with Concord police within five business days of Nov. 23, 2024. Barlow is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction in 1986.

Matthew Barry, 39, of Main Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 29 in Concord.

Scott Boyd, 48, of South Main Street in Manchester, on three felony stalking charges. He was accused of arguing with a protected party outside a home on Pleasant Street in Pembroke and being in close proximity to the same car has her on Sept. 10. Previously, according to the indictments, Boyd was convicted on a stalking charge in Keene District Court on April 24.

Megan L. Brown, 33, of Sandogardy Pond Road in Northfield, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 18, 2024, in Franklin.

Phillip Bryson, 54, of Franklin Street in Somersworth, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl and carfentanil mix, possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-crack cocaine, possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense-subsequent-meth, felon in possession-switchblade knife, reckless conduct, and two operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, all felonies. The reckless conduct and habitual offender charges were connected to an incident in Boscawen on June 2. The other charges were connected to an incident in Franklin on June 2. Previously, according to the indictment, Bryson was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2023.
