Ryan Daniel Sullivan, 28, of Concord was arrested at 4:42 a.m. on July 27 on loitering and prowling, criminal trespass, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at The Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Kristen Michelle Paquette, born 1987, of Washington received a summons at 9:01 p.m. on July 23 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Mike D. Kidder, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on July 20 was arrested on a driving under the influence charge and an open container violation after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Lisa M. Lundstrom, 46, of Franklin received a summons at 6:33 p.m. on July 19 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Shaun Danny McCall, 44, of Concord received a summons at 1:10 p.m. on July 18 on a criminal trespass charge. He was charged after an incident or investigation at the Capital Shopping Center at 80 Storrs St.

Joshua R. Burney, 45, of Concord was arrested at 12:27 p.m. on July 17 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Riverbend at 10 West St.

Thomas Michael Kiersey Jr., 40, of Concord was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on July 17 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Bog Road and a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at Pinewood Village on Bog Road.

Jolie Ndutiye, born 2006, of Concord was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on July 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive.

Amanda Bailey-Roberge, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8:08 a.m. on July 13 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, as well as a loitering or prowling count after an incident or investigation at the Jet Stream Carwash at 247 Loudon Road.

Neil Ryan Corson, 41, of Concord was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on July 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street. The warrant was issued against Corson on June 27 after a dispositional conference hearing connected to an October 2023 meth and acts prohibited charges case in Merrimack County Superior Court. Corson was given $500 cash bail. A status hearing was booked for Oct. 9 and a competency hearing was booked for Nov. 14.
