Concord White Park Skate House Construction Begins
The new Concord White Park Skate House is expected to open in early 2019.
CONCORD, NH -- Construction will begin this fall on Concord's new White Park Skate House. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of winter and the new facility is set to open "early" in 2019. The existing skate house, built in the 1950s, was demolished this year.
The new skate house will be open year-round. The winter skate center will have rentals, and outdoor fireplace, snack bar and kitchenette. In the summer, the facility will be available for rent for parties and gatherings.
Officials will hold a public meeting on the construction plan at the park on Sunday, September 30, at 5 p.m.
