Concord Woman Arrested On 10 Warrants: Police Log

Plus: Manchester man picked up on a second DWI charge; teen faces disorderly conduct and intoxication charges; theft citations issued.

CONCORD, NH — James H. Soyferman, 28, of Concord was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on May 19, 2021, on felony possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Concord Street. Soyferman is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on July 29.

Jennifer Lynn Connor, born 1972, of Pembroke received a summons at 10:48 p.m. on May 17 on a bench warrant after an incident on South State Street.

Alicia M. Dashnaw, born 1994, of Concord received a summons at 10:53 a.m. on May 17 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Warren Street.

Jade E. Markham, born 1997, of Pittsfield received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on May 17 on a bench warrant after an incident on Integra Drive.

Zachary V. Labrecque, 33, of Concord was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on May 17 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and two bench warrants after an incident on Integra Drive. One warrant was issued from Merrimack County Superior Court where Labrecque has an active robbery, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, theft, and driving after revocation or suspension charges out of Hooksett from November 2019.

Leonard Nduwayo, born 1985, of Manchester was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on May 16 on driving while intoxicated-second offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested at Concord Gardens.

Cordaire Nelson, 34, of Concord received a summons at 5:30 p.m. on May 16 on a receiving stolen property charge-less than $1,000 after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive.

Casey D. Mills-Remillard, born 1974, of Hillsborough received a summons at 3:30 p.m. on May 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Kevin Gobeil, 26, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant and a warrant at 11:20 a.m. on May 16. Also arrested was Megan Ryan Champagne, born 1986, on eight warrants and two bench warrants. They were arrested after an incident on Black Hill Road. Gobeil has an active felony forgery charge out of Bow from April that he was arraigned on in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 17. Champagne has a number of active charges in superior court including several drug, forgery, receiving stolen property, evidence, and penalty for offense committed while on bail charges.

Jonathan Ruharuka, 20, of Concord Gardens in Concord was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on May 15 on disorderly conduct, breach of bail, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. Also receiving a summons was Raj Darji, born 2003, of Concord received a summons on disorderly conduct and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. According to an affidavit, police were sent to Concord Gardens for a report of a possible fight. Witnesses stated that people were drinking and then, fighting in the area, but no description was given. When officers arrived, they found Rukaruka, who they knew from prior contacts. He and others, the affidavit said, were moving around the complex while fighting. "I briefly saw a tangle of bodies wrestling and grappling with each others, with arms and legs swinging wildly," the report stated. Officers broke up the melee and detained Rukaruka while another person fled. The officers accused Rukaruka of slurring his words "heavily" and being unsteady on his feet. Since he was out on bail, he was arrested and held.
