Donna Marie Gove, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on March 21 on three stalking charges, three breach of bail charges, and a bench warrant. Police were sent to South Main Street for a report of a man and woman arguing. The reporting officer was unable to locate anyone but later, spotted the woman described by the tipster at the Speedway gas station off Water Street. The officer recognized the woman as Gove due to previous contacts, an affidavit stated. The officer pulled over and separated Gove and the man. A check found a warrant for Gove on two stalking and breach of bail charges from an incident on Green Street on March 8. She was arrested and held without bail. After checking a protective order from August 2020, the officer accused Gove of being near the man in the active order so she was charged and held. In the March 8 case, according to an affidavit, an employee at Concord Housing Authority requested police to an apartment building on Green Street for a man who was not supposed to be in the building. Gove, the affidavit stated, was in the process of being evicted and had until the end of the day to vacate the apartment. The reporting officer ran a check, found the active protective order between Gove and the man who was not supposed to be in the apartment, and a warrant was issued against Gove on the charges.
