Jasmine E. Dargon, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Healy Memorial Park on Basin Street.

Kristen Labore-Tarr, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Oct. 21, on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St. Labore-Tarr was again detained at 9:01 p.m. on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail conditions charges.
